What You Need For Smoked Deviled Eggs

It is clear that you can smoke the best eggs, but the filling is always the part that gives the deviled eggs the taste and flavor.

Everybody and the world claims to have the best-tasting deviled eggs, and I am one of them.

Here is what you need to add to your shopping list to make these eggs.

  • 6 smoked eggs (have a look at my recipe above)
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Ketchup
  • 2 Teaspoons of your favorite BBQ rub
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika powder

How To Make Smoked Deviled Eggs

After you are done smoking the eggs, it is time to get started on the filling. As I mentioned before, everyone and his mother is convinced that they have the best recipe to fill the eggs, and I am one of them who thinks that.

The filling needs to be creamy, tasty, and needs a little kick. To achieve this, you have to start with mayo for the creaminess, and my homemade curry ketchup gives it the kick I like.

Add some of your favorite BBQ rub and you can adjust the flavor to your liking.

Scoop the yolks out of the eggs and mix this with all the other ingredient to make the filling.

Scoop the filling in your deviled eggs and sprinkle some paprika powder (smoked or Spanish) on them and you are done making smoked deviled eggs.
