I have my homemade poultry seasoning recipe that I have used at my restaurant.The reason to make it myself is that I never was too happy with the ones you can buy in the stores.I have tried several and some did not have enough sage and others had too much in it.Just remember that this recipe is made to my taste. Although many people like it you can use this as a starting point and adjust the ingredients to your liking.I have used this homemade poultry season on chicken and turkey at home on the grill and the smoker.In the restaurant kitchen, I also used it to season the dressing for the turkey.Give it a try and let me know what you think of it.Eddie van Aken
