A turkey breast on a smoker is easy to do and the result it some amazing tender and moist meat.

1 Smoker Charcoal, pellet, gas, or electric
1 Digital temperature meter. Optional
1 Injector Optional
Rub
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp Thyme
- 1/2 tbsp Sage
Make sure the turkey breast is thawed out and pat it dry
Rub the Turkey breast with the rub
Optional you can inject it with a mix of melted butter and your rub
Let it sit overnight if you can. If not at least 2 hours
Pre-heat smoker to 225 Fahrenheit
Place Turkey breast on the smoker and add a temperature probe in the thickest part.
Smoke till the internal temperature reaches 165 Fahrenheit
Remove the turkey breast from the smoker and cover it with aluminum foil
Let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Smoked turkey breast can be cooked on any type of smoker. From charcoal and propane to electric and pellet smokers.
I have smoked them even on a regular grill by using indirect grilling.
