Equipment

  • 1 Smoker or Grill
  • 1 Smoke Tube
  • 1 Pair Of Tongs

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Pork Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Season Pork Chops
  • Let them sit for 19 minutes
  • Cold smoke for 2 hours (or longer if you like)
  • Pre-heat grill
  • Oil grill grates
  • Grill pork chops till °F165
  • Let rest for 10 minutes

I don’t know about you but I always had a little problem with grilling pork chops.
Either they are not too juicy, or they are a little charged on the outside.
Here are my tips on how to use a reverse sear to cook some killer pork chops.
The first thing I have to mention is that I started using some thicker-cut pork chops instead of the thinner ones. I also tried this on thick-sliced pork tenderloin, and this also gave an amazing result.

Reversed Sear Pork Chop In 5 Steps

    • Grill or oven at 225 degrees
    • Cook pork chop to 145 °F
    • Let rest and turn the oven to broil or heat the grill to hot
    • Grill the pork chop to the color you like to see
    • Enjoy a nice juicy pork chop
