This is my Dutchman-style take on bacon-wrapped cheeseburger pickle bites. Crispy bacon, juicy beef, melty cheese, and that tangy pickle crunch all packed into one easy-to-grab bite right off the grill.

Here is how it all started. I had seen recipes but never made one. One day, I had hamburger meat, bacon, and pickles in the fridge and was looking for something to do with it.
I also had cheese, so the idea for Bacon-Wrapped Cheeseburger Pickle Bites was born.

I did not want to make an exact copy of what everybody else made. So, here is my copy of this recipe.
- Flatten the hamburger into a rectangle shape and season.

- Add sliced pickle.

- Add the cheese.

- Make a roll.

- Wrap them in bacon.

- Grill to 165°F internal, and the bacon is crispy.

- Ready to serve.

Bacon-Wrapped Cheeseburger Pickle Bites – My Experience
This was the first time I made one of these, but it won’t be the last time. I really enjoyed the taste and flavor. The combination of hamburger meat with bacon is, in my opinion, always a good taste bomb. But let’s be honest, it is basically a cheese and bacon hamburger with a warm pickle inside. What makes it so good is that it’s all cooked together, and all flavors come together. You can experiment with different cheeses and seasonings to make this your perfect tasting hamburger meal. Let me know if you have ever made one and how you made them.Nutrition
